A historic area of Anderson, South Carolina is being thoughtfully reimagined into a walkable, family-friendly, luxury lakeside community slated for completion in 2030. The development will add long-term value to the city by expanding access to healthcare, education, and senior living, while integrating retail, food and beverage destinations, walking trails, and residential neighborhoods. I had the opportunity to design the complete visual system for the community—from brand identity and merchandise to comprehensive wayfinding. This project is currently in development.
