Creating what I wish existed.
I spend most of my free time designing and taking photos simply because I love it. It’s how I grow, experiment, and create outside the boundaries of my job. I share that process online each week, from branding and web projects to song lyrics, thoughts and playlists that capture whatever I’m feeling at the time. My niche sits somewhere between art, creativity, and music. It’s for the thoughtful, creative girls who want a space to feel seen in their inner world, get inspired to create something new, or find a song that says exactly what they couldn’t put into words. Over the years, my content has shifted and evolved. From a growth perspective, that hasn’t always been the “best” strategy. There was a time I reached 30k followers by posting the same thing every day. It worked, but it felt limiting. Eventually I had to ask myself if I wanted to stay in a box for the sake of numbers or create freely and share all parts of who I am. The following got smaller, but my creativity got bigger. I’ve explored new styles, sharpened my skills, and shared more of my life, my faith, my humor, my outfits, my music, my interests. The account feels less like a formula and more like me.
My favorite quote by Saul Bass says it perfectly:
“I want to create beautiful things, even if nobody cares.”
I am so unbelievably grateful for the small community that does care.
